Returns & Exchange Policy
At COCO & TRES, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase (in-store, online, or at events).
Return Requirements:
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of any odors or scents, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt for all online or event-based returns.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products of equal or greater value. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- Valuation: Exchanges/store credits are processed based on the price stated on the receipt.
Exemptions:
Items purchased on SALE or those that have been altered are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Authorized Retail Partners
Items purchased through authorized retail partners are subject to their respective return policies.
Shipping Rates
- Metro Manila: ₱265 flat rate via Grab or Lalamove (2–5 business days)
- Provincial: ₱365 flat rate via LBC or J&T Express (5–7 business days)
** Please note: Delivery timelines count business days only and exclude weekends and holidays.
- International: Calculated by weight and destination. We provide individual assessments for all FedEx or DHL shipments.
